3B is an Asian beauty product subscription box. Asian and Korean skin care is all the rage and this subscription box introduces me to those products. Like most boxes, it has 5 samples each month and is $12 per month. This box is almost all skincare with just an occasional makeup sample .I am looking forward to trying everything in this box.
Milky Dress Premium Brightener – ever wish you could instantly brighten your complexion? This bestselling k-beauty cream is a quick and natural fix for lightening skin tone while providing hydration for up to 10 hours. We love using this as a primer under our foundation or BB cream for a glowing look. Can be used on face and body. I am not sure that I can use this as a primer in the summer. I just may have to put it away for fall and winter when my skin will be less oily.
Skinfood Black Sugar Serum (light) – achieve a smoother and clearer complexion with a combination of moisture rich black sugar and Cheongiu, a traditional Korean wine. This lighter formulation is perfect for the summer heat as it provides immediate hydration and quick absorption. It is refreshing for both oily and dry skin. After cleansing dispense serum on a cotton pad. Wipe to gently exfoliate dead skin, excess keratin, and other impurities. This is an interesting sounding product.I would not expect a serum to have exfoliating properties. I am also on the lookout for a good serum. I use a Vitamin C serum every morning and alternate my nighttime serum. I was just thinking tonight that my current serum, Hyaluronic Acid, doesn’t seem to be doing anything at all. Maybe I will give this a try right away.
It’s Skin Todak Todak Pack Nutrition – this wash-off mask contains manuka honey and coconut extract to create smooth, calm, and moisturized skin. We love this in the summer because it’s cooling to the skin without being sticky! Apply to skin after cleansing. Wait 10-15 minutes and rinse off with warm water. Manuka honey is one of the buzzword ingredients right now. I am happy that I will get a chance to try a product that contains it. And I am always happy to get a mask.

Can I just say that I LOVE the name Purpletale? I also like this concept of having one night of an entire Korean skincare routine. I think I will take this on vacation and use it when I am not pressed for time at all.
Mirai Clinical Body Spritzer – don’t fret the hot summer days. This body mist contains Japanese Persimmon Extract to keep you smelling fresh all day long. Note that this was presented to the Oscar nominees in Hollywood earlier this year. This sounds like it could come in handy in the heat.
I am very pleased with this box. I am looking forward to trying everything in it. I like that it is geared for the hot, humid summer months. My skin is very different in the summer than in the winter and now I have several new products to try.
