My July Boxycharm box came while I was on vacation (of course) so I had to wait to see it. Boxycharm is a subscription box that costs $21 a month. If you do a 1 year subscription it is less per month. It comes with 5 deluxe samples or even full size products. This was a great month with 4 full size products plus a magnetized palette. How awesome is that?
Ofra Pro Palette with 6 shadows and a magnetized palette – this professional magnetic palette made exclusively for Boxycharm comes equipped with a mix of six shimmer and matte eye shadows that normally retail for $10 each. This versatile formula can be applied dry for subtle shading or damp for a more intense color. It is also hypoallergenic and suitable for even the most sensitive eye areas. First off I am thrilled to get the palette. That way I can purchase single shades to create a personalized palette. The colors are really nice and are mostly neutrals. You can never have too many neutral shades! I have 3 shimmer and 3 matte shades. I like Ofra eye shadows. They go on nicely and blend well. They are long wearing and pigmented.
Mally Beauty Rounded Blender Brush – designed for blending out eye shadows. With a rounded brush head and luxuriously soft bristles. It is shaped to apply the perfect amount of color every time. You can never have too many makeup brushes. This is a really nice one and I will use it a lot.
Noya Lip Gloss – a natural lip gloss made without sulfates, parabens, or phtalates. Packaging is composed of earth-friendly bamboo. I am not a huge fan of lip gloss but this is a pretty, sheer, pink shade.
PYT Hair Oil Treatment – penetrates the hair follicle and leaves hair frizz free. It prevents split ends and creates instant shine without the oily residue. Safe for color treated hair. My hair can look frizzy and flyaway year round so I am looking forward to trying this.
I am very pleased with this month’s box! The Ofra palette is totally worth the $20 I spent on it. Boxycharm is probably my favorite subscription box.
