Makeup and Skin Care for Mature Skin

The very last thing I really need is shower gels and body lotions. I have a linen closet full of shower gel and body lotion that I am trying to use up. And still, the semi-annual sale at Bath and Body Works calls me twice a year.I cannot resist the siren song of a sale and once I enter the store I’m lost. So, what did I add to my collection at this sale?

Purrfect Pumpkin with key notes of Carved Pumpkin, Spooky Cinnamon, Black Ginger, Moonlight Vanilla, and Spiked Amber.

How was I supposed to pass this up? The packaging is to die for. That black cat and its glowing green eyes are just the cutest. I purchased the shower gel with shea, Vitamin E, and aloe. I got the 24-hour moisture cream to go with it. I like to get matching pairs to layer the scent. This will be ready in the fall since it is a perfect fall scent.It has a warm, snuggly scent.

Sweet Magnolia & Clementine with key notes of Sweet Magnolia, Fresh Clementines, Blooming Gardenia, Spring Sandalwood, and Golden Honey.

I purchased both the shower gel and 24-hour Ultra Shea Body Cream in this scent too. It smells sweet but the citrus scent keeps it from being cloying.

Georgia Peach & Sweet Tea with key notes of Georgia Peach, Sweet Tea, White Nectarine, Apple Blossom, and Jasmine Petals.

I got the matching set of shower gel and ultra shea body cream. This is a very subtle sweet peachy scent. It smells so fresh and not at all overly sweet. It smells like summer.

Lemon Pomegranate Cream with a light as air blend of lemon creme, red pomegranates, and iced raspberries topped with white woods and peony petals.

This is a body lotion with shea and Vitamin E. This has a  very fresh smell. I don’t smell lemon at all. No citrus of any kind. It just smells fresh.

Vanilla Bean Noel with key notes of Fresh Vanilla Bean, Warm Caramel, Sugar Cookies, Whipped Cream, and Snowkissed Musk.

I couldn’t find the shower gel in this scent so the body cream was all that I could find. This has a warm, yummy vanilla scent. It is the perfect winter scent.

Vanilla Buttercream Nourishing Hand Cream

This has shea butter and Vitamin E. It really smells like cake icing! It says that it is a nourishing hand cream that absorbs quickly and leaves your hands feeling soft, smooth and nourished. I use hand creams regularly and this is a  nice size for my purse.

PocketBac Sanitizers in Don’t Worry Bee Happy Spring Garden,  French Lavender, A Thousand Wishes, and Peach Bellini.

I keep one of these attached to my purse strap. Of course, I had to purchase a new holder since Bath and Body Works changed the shape of the hand sanitizers. I also keep one in my briefcase bag for work. They are convenient to have around. I just picked a random sample of scents since the collection is overwhelming.

As usual, I bought way too much! But they all smell so good it is hard to control myself once I go in there.I just really love scented bath products. It leaves a subtle scent on my skin that lasts most of the day and my bathroom smells wonderful after my shower.
