In addition to the monthly Ipsy bag, Ipsy offers daily deals. This mask was part of a mask bundle they offered recently and it was part of my #MaskaDayinMay 5/9 – 5/11. I got 14 masks for $15 so it was a great deal. I am pretty certain that this is the first snail product I have ever tried.

As always I double cleansed and toned my skin. I use Tretinoin (Retin A)and I applied it and waited 2 hours to allow it time to absorb. After the 2 hours, I applied the 2 serums I am currently using at night. I put them on under the mask so they also get pressed into my skin.
This mask had a light, fresh scent and was drenched in serum. It was a very thin mask but it adhered well to my skin. It was a nice sized mask that easily covered my entire face. The eye and nose holes fit my face well.
I put the sheet mask on and covered it with my silicone mask cover. The cover holds the mask in place and presses it tightly against my skin. This helps with absorption of the serums. I left the mask on for 30 minutes.
There was a fair amount of serum still on my skin so I massaged it into my face and neck. My face did look brighter and plumper. It felt very hydrated. I waited a few minutes and applied my moisturizer over it. It remained sticky for about an hour but did slowly absorb into my skin.
I liked this mask a lot. My skin looked noticeably better after using it. It did take a while to absorb but that was my only issue. You can purchase a box of 5 on Amazon for $20 so these are not terribly expensive. I recommend them if you want brighter, plump looking, hydrated skin.
Have you tried this mask? Did you like it? Have you tried any other snail products? Any recommendations?
