BioBelle #BeautySecret Sheet Mask

This mask came in Boxycharm June 2017 along with 2 other sheet masks in this line. I am always happy to get a mask in one of my subscriptions so of course this was included in Best of the Boxes June 2017 .  Keep reading to learn more about this mask and what I thought about it.

Biobelle’s #BeautySecret sheet mask is your new skincare best friend – It tightens, brightens, and deeply hydrates the skin. The ellagic acid contained in the pomegranate peel helps the skin appear smooth and firm. Hyaluronic acid plays an important role in diminishing fine lines, and makes it more resilient every day. What makes Biobelle’s mask unique is the use of TENCEL®, a biodegradable fiber made from the pulp of wood from entirely sustainable forests. TENCEL® adheres perfectly to every facial contour and delivers the antioxidants faster and deeper than if you just applied a cream or serum. Biobelle’s TENCEL® fiber allows the ingredients to absorb into skin more effectively because it prevents evaporation.

  • Provides the appearance of smooth, firm skin.
  • Hydrates and softens.
  • Gives the skin a boost and refreshed appearance.
  • Prevents new wrinkles from forming.

9 out of 10 women felt their skin smoother, clearer and brighter.
8 out of 10 women showed a diminishing of the appearance of fine lines.
(In a consumer perception survey of 33 women who used the product 3 times a week for 2 weeks).
Parabens free, Gluten free, No GMO’s.

How to use

1. Start with clean, dry skin.

2. Remove the fiber mask from the package, either side may be gently applied to the face. Smooth with fingers so that it may adapt perfectly, fitting evenly around the eyes, nose and mouth.

3. Leave the mask for 15-20 minutes.

4. Peel off the mask and wipe off any excess liquid, then proceed to rinse and apply the moisturizer of your preference.

Ingredients – Water, Glycerin, Propanediol, Punica Granatum Fruit Extract, Hydroxyethyl Urea Chondrus Crispus (Carrageenan) Extract, Betaine, 1,2-Hexanediol, Pentylene Glycol, Niacinamide, Xanthan Gum, Saccharide Isomerate , Panthenol, Allantoin, Sodium Hyaluronate, Dipotassium Glycyrrhizate, Hydroxyethyl Cellulose, Peg-40, Hydrogenated Castor Oil, Phtalate Free Fragrance, Trideceth-9, Menthol, Melissa Officinalis Flower/Leaf/Stem Water, Mentha Piperita (Peppermint) Leaf Water, Rosmarinus Officinalis (Rosemary) Leaf Water, Caprylyl Glycol, Hydroxyacetophenone, Phenoxyethanol

Love, love the packaging. It is just super cute! It smells very fresh and fruity. It is not a heavy scent at all. The mask is thin but thoroughly saturated with serum. The serum is thin too.

I used the mask after cleansing, toning, applying tretinoin, using eye cream, and putting on my 2 night time serums. I like to put them on under sheet masks so that they can be “pressed” into my skin. I also use a silicone mask cover over sheet masks to help press everything into my skin.

It was a good-sized mask that fit my face well. I was able to fold it over my jawline so it could benefit too. The eyes, mouth, and nose holes lined up and fit me nicely.

I left it on for 45 minutes. The serum was still on my face but I was able to massage it in. The directions said to wipe off excess serum but that seems like a waste to me. My face did look brighter and firmer. I feel like I saw visible results. I then applied my moisturizer mixed with a Rosehip Oil.

This is a very nice sheet mask and I cannot wait to try the other 2 that I got. I use sheet masks more in the winter when hydration is a big concern. I’m sure I will be using the others soon now that it is getting colder.

Have you tried this mask or any others in this line? Did you see results like I did? What are some of your favorite sheet masks?
