#SampleSeptember Nivea Nourishing Body Oil

#SampleSeptember is an Instagram tag this month and I thought it would be fun to participate. Since I subscribe to so many beauty boxes I have a ton of samples sitting around my house. I thought this was a great opportunity to use up most (all) of my foil packet samples. They have really stacked up.

I’m certain that the Nivea Nourishing Body Oil sample came in either a Target or Walmart Beauty Box. It was a generous sized sample and I got 3-4 uses from the packet. I would have gotten more if I hadn’t spilled so much of it!

NIVEA Nourishing Body Oil conditions and smoothes skin leaving it looking healthy and radiant. A special formula with natural Avocado Oil and Macadamia Oil intensively moisturizes and nourishes the skin.

Ingredients – Caprylic/Capric Triglyceride, Isopropyl Palmitate, Ethylhexyl Stearate, Macadamia Ternifolia Seed Oil, Persea Gratissima (Avocado) Oil, Gossypium Herbaceum (Cotton) Seed Oil, Ubiquinone, Fragrance.

This was a much thinner oil than I expected. That is why I spilled so much of it. I thought it would have a thicker, gel-like consistency. It felt like a dry oil, not greasy at all. It was instantly absorbed into my skin. It had a light scent that did not linger.

I enjoyed this body oil but it won’t be replacing my Holy Grail Avon Skin So Soft Gelled Body Oil anytime soon. It didn’t leave my skin feeling as moisturized as my Gelled Body Oil does. This is a light moisturizer even if it is an oil. You can but a 6.8 oz. bottle for $8.97 at Walmart so it is reasonably priced.

Thank you so much for your support of my blog! I am humbled to think that other people actually take the time to read my posts. I appreciate it more than you know. If you enjoyed this post please “like” it and follow my blog so you will see new posts.
