I received a 2 oz tube of this in Boxycharm February 2017. It is a full size and it retails for $79. That is just one of the many reasons I love Boxycharm. I would never buy this at retail to try it. So I am thrilled to get to try it in a box I paid less than $20.

This is gritty, lotion-like exfoliator. It is much grittier than Origins Modern Friction but it is a very fine grit. It does not feel harsh at all. It does have a strong medicinal scent that I don’t love.
My face is not irritated at all by using Dr. Brandt Microdermabrasion Age Defying Exfoliator. It does not burn or sting when I am using it. I use it in the morning, in the shower 2-3 times per week.
It is a good exfoliator but I don’t see any amazing results. It has never irritated my skin or made it feel dry or tight. It just isn’t really better than drugstore exfoliators I have used. I most certainly don’t see any anti-aging benefit from using this.
