Ulta Haul

I don’t really need an excuse to spend my money at Ulta. But when they had both The Body Shop and Soap & Glory on sale I had to go. I love bath and body products as much as skincare and makeup. Of course, I did pick up some small makeup items. Read on to see what I picked up on my last visit.

Soap & Glory was having a Buy One Get One 1/2 off. So, I had to take advantage of that. I tried Soap & Glory Sugar Crush Body Scrub and The Righteous Butter and loved them both. I wanted to try some new products.

Soap & Glory Smoothie Star Breakfast Scrub  –  features a super skin-smoothing blend of cupuacu scrubs, banana, almond, and honey extracts to gently polish, smooth, and moisturize the skin. This has the perfect scent for winter. It smells warm and cozy. I have the body butter that goes with it already.

Soap & Glory Orangeasm Body Butter – Soap & Glory’s zesty-fresh, moisture-intense, invigorating Orangeasm Super Rich Body Butter is scented with fresh green mandarins, Sicilian lemon and sweet orange peel oils. With shea butter massage balls and mangomilk, there’s really nothing quite like it! This scent is exclusive to Ulta and it was the main purpose of going. It smells so fabulously amazing. I can hardly wait to use it.

The Body Shop Moringa Body Butter –  The super-rich and creamy Body Butter moisturizes, softens, and smoothest skin. The easily absorbed formula helps condition skin while preventing dryness. This has a light, fresh, floral scent. I knew that I loved these body butters because I already have  British Rose Instant Glow Body Butter. This is such a moisturizing body butter. It melts on contact with the skin and leaves it so soft and smooth. Plus, the scent lingers too.

Mario Badescue Facial Spray with Aloe, Herb and Rosewater –  A refreshing, hydrating mist to use anywhere anytime. Simply formulated with fragrant herbal extracts and rosewater for a pleasant, pick me up for dehydrated, tight and uncomfortable skin. Spray your day and night creams for a boost of hydration or use it to set make-up or spray on dry hair throughout the day. Safe for all skin types. Gentle, non-irritating. I like to use a face spray before I put on my moisturizer in the morning and at night. It is absorbed better by damp skin and the mists have beneficial ingredients. I have read good things about this facial spray all over social media. I love anything with rosewater.

Essence Rock’n’doll Crazy XXXL Volume Mascara – Hey doll! The specially shaped asymmetric brush of the Essence Rock’n’doll Crazy XXXL Volume Mascara with shorter and longer fibers covers each individual lash to create a wide-eyed, doll-like effect with dramatic XXXL volume. Not tested on animals. I have heard so many good things about Essence mascaras on social media. They are already ridiculously cheap at $4.99 but that day they were also Buy One Get One 1/2 Off. We shall see if it is any good.

Essence I Love Extreme Crazy Volume Mascara – I Love Extreme Mascara’s “crazy” sister – with even more volume! The deep-black, creamy texture covers each individual lash with color and the extra-large plastic brush provides sensational volume. Opthalmologically tested. I have been using this and I have a love-hate relationship with it. It does give the most incredible volume ever. The problem is that it is so wet when you first get it that it clumps badly. It gets better as it dries out but that is 1/2 way through the tube.

I am pleased with my purchases. I am a big fan of the bath products that I bought. The face spray and mascaras get great reviews so I can hardly wait to try them. Any of these would make a great gift or stocking stuffer

Have you tried any of my purchases? Do you like them? What is your weakness when you go to Ulta?
