This is another limited edition holiday sheet mask from The Creme Shop that I got at CVS along with The Creme Shop Limited Edition Let it Glow Ultra-Moisturizing Jojoba Oil Sheet Mask. Last year I bought a box of The Creme Shop Anti-Aging Egg Nog Sheet Mask. I loved both of those masks and the packaging on this is super cute and festive. I had high hopes for it.
It promises to moisturize the skin and leave it glowing.
As you can see it has some amazing ingredients:
It has both Sodium Hyaluronate and Hyaluronic Acid. It has all kinds of natural extracts and no alcohol.
The scent was very light and sweet. It was barely noticeable which has been true of the other masks in this line that I have tried. There was no excess serum in the pouch. The mask itself was soft and a thinner material. It had an adequate amount of serum. The serum was a thin, watery consistency.
The mask fit my face well. the eye holes, mouth hole, and nose hole all lined up well with my face. Adherence was decent but it did lift around the edges. It dried out pretty quickly and I removed it after about 15 minutes. There was almost no serum left on my face. It did not leave my face feeling sticky or tacky.
I honestly did not see much benefit after using this mask. It hydrated my face some but that was about all I could see. This was the first mask from The Creme Shop that didn’t wow me. Maybe it was old or a dud. It just seemed dryer than I expected a sheet mask to feel. I hope that the others I bought aren’t like this one.
Have you tried any of these limited edition masks? Which ones did you try? Which is your favorite?
