Makeup and Skin Care for Mature Skin

I received the Dr. G Brightening Peeling Gel for $3.99 from #08L and #Dr.G in exchange for my honest opinion.

This product comes in a sturdy plastic tube with a handy flip-top cap. I prefer flip-tops in the bathroom so I don’t need to hunt for the cap when I am done.

It has an odd scent that I can only describe as a cross between dirt and a medicinal smell. It’s not a bad scent, just an odd one. The gel is an opaque white with a somewhat lotion consistency.

When you start to rub it on your face you can feel a very fine grit. Then you start to see the little balls rolling up on your face. It does not feel harsh at all. There was no burning or stinging and it didn’t leave my face looking red or irritated.

My skin was left feeling soft with a mild brightening effect. This is only the 2nd peeling / grommage product that I have used but I found it extremely gentle.

This is a good peeling gel if you want something that is both gentle and effective. I liked this very much and would repurchase.
